Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use for Users & Customers ("T&C")

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

  1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use (T&C) govern the use of the platform mycarpetmarket.com owned by M/s NOL ART CARPETS TRADING L.L.C – Commercial license 1148004 issued by Dubai Economy and Tourism Department (" Platform ") by users and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

  2. Account Registration
    • Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to register for an account.
    • Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, otherwise their registration shall be considered null and void.
    • All users acknowledge that by using the platform are subject of UAE rules and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Court.
  3. Use of the Platform
    • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or any activity that harms the platform or its users.
    • User Conduct: Users must treat other users and Carpet Sellers/service providers with respect and refrain from abusive behavior.
  4. Purchases of products/services
    • Order/request Acceptance: The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
    • Payment: Users must provide valid payment information and authorize the Platform to charge/ deduct the specified amount. N.B. all payment will through a registered payment gateway authorized by UAE Authorities and platform will not record any financial or personal information related to any payment transactions.
    • Any cancellation of order/request will result in the deduction of 20% of the value of the service prior to a date being fixed for the execution of such service or the product being dispatched for delivery. Should the cancellation occur after a date being fixed for the execution of such service or the product being dispatched for delivery the deduction will be 30% of the concerned amount.
  5. Returns and Refunds

    Users can refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information on returning products and claiming refunds.

  6. Privacy

    Users' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  7. Liability

    You can return products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.

  8. Termination
    • User Termination: Users can terminate their account by using the account cancellation services as mentioned in the platform.
    • Marketplace Termination: Marketplace can terminate a user's account for breach of T&C without prior notice.
  9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai/UAE
