Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Introduction

    This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which Users can return products/cancel service requests and receive refunds.

  2. Eligibility for Products Returns / Cancel Service Requests
    • Time Frame: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
    • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  3. Process for Returns
    • Request: Users must use the technical steps as mentioned in the Platform to initiate a return.
    • Shipping: Users are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refunds
    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
    • Method: Refunds will be issued following the original payment method.
    • Cancellation of service refund: The same conditions that apply to the product return in line with the Terms and Condition of Users and Customers.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom Orders: Custom-made as well as used/damaged products or products without packages are not eligible for returns.
    • Services: Carpet cleaning and maintenance services are non-refundable once rendered.
